Pursuant to article 13/14 of Regulation 679/2016, hereinafter G&G Sport srl
(brevier G&G) specifies which personal data are collected or generated (processed) during
the use of the G&G website (“Website”) and mobile applications (“App”), how personal data
are processed, shared and protected and what choices are available
to the user regarding personal data; everything written above has the declared purpose of not adversely affect user’s rights regarding confidentiality.
The controller of personal data
The data controller is G&G Sport s.r.l. headquartered in Nola località Boscofangone 80035 – Cis Nola Isola 3 lotto 338.
Type of data collected
This Privacy Notice describes the type of information collected by G&G:
name, surname, e-mail, telephone and shipping number, billing address;
login and account information, including username, password and unique user ID;
personal data including gender, hometown, date of birth and purchase history;
information on payment methods or credit card.
images, photos and videos;
data relating to physical characteristics, including weight, height and sizes.
The aforementioned personal data includes:
movement data detected by the device’s accelerometer;
photos, audios, contacts and calendar information;
information on social networks, including credentials and any resulting information
from the user’s public posts on G&G or communications with us.
When the user interacts with the Website some data is automatically collected through devices or browser with which they come into contact (see section “Cookies and Pixel Tags”) and
include:
Device ID, call status, network access, memory information e
battery information
Cookies, IP addresses, referrer headers, data that identify the browser and the version in
use, web beacons and tags.
Purpose of data processing
The collected data is processed for the following purposes:
For the compliance of fiscal, accounting and civil law obligations;
For the handling of any contractual relationship between the parties G&G requires personal data in order to procced with the delivery of purchased items or payment methods or to provide product’s information which has been purchased or to solve problems related to the purchase.
We will ask to the user a prior consent for sending direct marketing communications and news on our products, services, events and other promotions by G&G. This consent can be revoked at any time;
In case of sending an order, for sending specific communications for marketing purposes
on products or services like those purchased, where this is permitted by law
applicable, without prejudice to the possibility of communicating one’s unwillingness to receive such type of communications;
For market surveys aimed at understanding the customer’s preferences;
Personal information will be collected to prevent or detect fraud, abuses, illegal uses, violation of Conditions of use provided by G&G and to comply(i) with orders from Competent Civil, administrative and criminal Authorities, (ii) enforceable government or (iii) specific regulation.
G&G collects personal data in order to provide the requested products or services and these personal data concerns:
contact details including name, e-mail, telephone and shipping number, billing address;
login and account information, including username, password and unique user ID;
personal data including gender, hometown, date of birth and purchase history;
information on payment methods or credit card;
images, photos and videos;
Data relating to physical characteristics, including weight, height and sizes;
your personal preferences including your wish list as well as your preferences in terms of
marketing and cookies.
G&G also collects additional personal data in order to develop certain functionality within the Website.
The personal data includes:
photos, audios, contacts and calendar information;
information on social networks, including credentials and any resulting information
from the user’s public posts on G&G or communications with us.
When interacting with our Website, some data is automatically
collected from your devices or browsers. More information on these operations is included
in the following section “Cookies and Pixel Tags” of this privacy policy. The above-mentioned data includes:
Device IDs, call state, network access, storage information and battery information; and
Cookies, IP addresses, referrer headers, data identifying your web browser and version, web beacons, tags.
Personal data about children
In accordance with the local requirements, the registration on the Website is not allowed to subjects who have not reached the age of majority established by the law of their country of residence.
G&G invites all users who have not turned 18 to not communicate in any case
personal data, reserving the right to inhibit the access to services and / or exclude
from the Website any user who has hidden their minor age or who has
communicated their personal data in the absence of the consent of their parents
even if younger than the age established by the law of your country of residence.
Tools for managing collected personal data
When using the Website, it will appear a specific request to give consent for certain activities. For example information related to current position and the consent to receive push notifications; such
authorizations can be provided through the devices used by the user.
Sharing of personal data
G&G may share each of the categories of personal data that collects with the following types of entities for the business purposes described:
Services suppliers which can elaborate personal data on behalf of G&G for example to elaborate data relating credit card and payment, shipments and deliveries, host, for data managing, to send e-mails, for research and analysis, to manage promotions of
products and brands, as well as administering certain services and features. When we
we use third party service providers, we enter into agreements that require them to
adopt suitable technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.
Other third parties to the extent necessary to: (i) comply with a government request, order
court or to comply with applicable laws; (ii) prevent illegal use of the Website or violations
the terms and conditions of use of the Website or the internal regulations of G&G; (iii) defend itself
from third party claims; and (iv) facilitate fraud prevention or investigation (eg.
counterfeiting).

G&G is expressly granted the right to transfer personal data in its
possession in the event of sale or transfer of the activity or part of its business or of
its own assets (including in the event of reorganization, spin-off, dissolution or liquidation).
If the user uses certain social features on the Website, he can create a public profile which can include information such as the name, profile picture and the hometown. In addition, G&G can share content with friends or the public, including information on the activity carried out by G&G.
Protection and Management of Personal Data
Encryption and Security
We use a variety of technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and authentication tools to maintain the safety of your personal data.
International transfer of Personal Data
The personal data we collect (or process) in the context of our Website will be filed on virtual machine based on Italian soil. Some of the data recipients with whom G&G shares personal data
may be in countries other than the country where your personal data
was originally collected. The laws of the above-mentioned countries may not provide the same
level of data protection compared to the country in which the user initially provided his
data. However, when we transfer personal data to recipients in other countries, we protect
such personal data as described in this privacy policy and in accordance with the
applicable law.
We introduce measures to comply with legal requirements referred to personal data transfer
to recipients located in countries outside the SEE or Switzerland that does not
provide an adequate level of data protection. We introduce measures to ensure that personal data transferred to those countries are adequately protected pursuant to the provisions on data protection;
this includes the signing of Clauses terms
following the European Union standards. It includes the verification that the recipient has adopted binding corporate rules or adhere to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield.
Retention of Personal Data
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless otherwise required or permitted by law. We keep your account profile information for as long as you keep your G&G account, but we may keep your order history longer to comply with legal obligations.
Rights related to the personal data
The user has the right to request: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) an electronic copy of your personal data; (iii) correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; or (iv) deletion or restriction of your personal data in certain circumstances as provided by applicable law. These rights are not absolute. The user has the right to revoke in any time the consent given for his personal data. Opt-out direct marketing
If you have a G&G account, you can opt out of receiving G&G’s marketing communications by modifying the preferences in your account settings in the section “view and modify my profile” on our Website. The user can opt-out by following the opt-out instructions in the message or unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail (clicking on the link) or by SMS. Alternatively, the user can contact us by using contact details in “Questions and Feedback” section.

G&G collects information, which may include personal data, when interacting with the Website. We use a variety of methods, such as cookies and pixel tags to collect this information, which may include your (i) IP-address; (ii) unique cookie identifier, cookie information and information on whether your device has software to access certain features; (iii) unique device identifier and device type; (iv) domain, browser type and language, (v) operating system and system settings; (vi) country and time zone; (vii) previously visited websites; (viii) information about your interaction with Website such as click behaviour, purchases and indicated preferences; and (ix) access times and referring URLs. Applicable law and our practices change over time. If we decide to update our privacy policy, we will post the changes on our Website. If we materially change the way in which we process your personal data, we will provide you with prior notice, or where legally required, request your consent prior to implementing such changes.
