If the received product is damaged or defective or if you have received an incorrect color or item due to our mistake, we will be glad to send you a new one with no additional costs

If the product does not meet your expectations the return will be accepted only if the item has not been worn and/or used.

You need to register your return request on our website by filling out the form at the foot of the page. It has to be included in the box by the customer.

The costs for the return are charged to the customer

The refund will be made within 14days of the receipt and the inspection of the returned product.

The refund will occur using the payment method used by the customer.

Shipment costs will not be refunded.

– Customised products
– Items without the original label and envelope
